About the event

We are delighted to invite you to join us for a unique foraging event that celebrates Australia's rich cultural heritage and the diverse ingredients that contribute to our local craft beer scene.


The goal of this event is to collect native Australian ingredients which will be used to brew a one-of-a-kind craft beer inspired by Australia's multicultural identity. This beer will be released at Canberra’s National Multicultural Festival in February 2025, highlighting the intersection of indigenous knowledge and global traditions.
